Urologist - Hospital-Employed | Mississippi
$750K+ Base | No Non-Compete | Excellent Work-Life Balance
A well-established hospital system in Mississippi is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to
join a hospital-employed practice and reestablish essential urology services in the community
following a long-tenured physician's retirement.
Position Highlights:
- 100% General Urology (Endo & Female Urology welcomed)
- Hospital-employed with guaranteed OR block time
- 4 clinic days / 1 OR day per week
- No robotics, no trauma call
- APP support in clinic (Monday-Friday)
- Predictable call (10-14 days/month; compensation negotiable)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $750,200 + RVU production
- Sign-on bonus: Negotiable Starting at $75k
- Relocation assistance: $10K
- 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME ($3,000 allowance)
- Malpractice covered (tort state)
- No non-compete
- Visa support available (J-1 / H-1B)
